Job Title: Regional Project Managers – Southwest and Southeast

Location: Principally Remote (Southwest & Southeast Regions).

Position Overview: Eagle Energy Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Project Managers to oversee projects in the Southwest and Southeast regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving project success across diverse teams and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects in the Southwest and Southeast regions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned regions. Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors. Provide clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure team success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or changes.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Track expenses, forecast costs, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Prepare detailed project reports, including progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Regional Strategy: Develop and implement regional strategies that align with the company’s overall goals. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Eagle Services industry or related sectors. This includes experience in Lighting, Electrical, EV Charging & Security.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Southwest and Southeast regions as required.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
